Right of withdrawal

Your legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your Product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty.
For orders covering several goods delivered separately, or a good consisting of multiple lots delivered in installments, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the last good or lot.
When the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next following working day.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, through a clear and unambiguous statement.
You have two ways to exercise this right:
Method 1 — Use our standard form
You may use the standard withdrawal form provided below (Appendix I). Simply fill it out and send it to us via our contact form, by email, or by mail.
Method 2 — Any other unambiguous statement
You may also notify us of your withdrawal through any other clear and explicit statement, for example, a message indicating:
"I, the undersigned [your name], holder of order no. [order number], wish to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding the purchase of the following product(s): [designation]. Please proceed with the refund according to the terms provided."

What happens after your withdrawal?
1. Confirmation of your request
Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email confirming that your request has been taken into account, along with detailed instructions for returning the product.
2. Product return
You must return the Product to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or inform you of the practical arrangements for a free return.
The Product must be returned:
- In its original condition;
- Complete (packaging, accessories, manual, tags);
- Unused, beyond the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the Product.
Important: your liability may be incurred in the event of depreciation of the Product resulting from handling other than that which is necessary (Art. L221-23 of the Consumer Code).
3. Refund
We will refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).
- Refund timeframe: no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw;
- Refund method: the same payment method as used for the initial transaction (unless expressly agreed otherwise);
- No fees will be applied for this refund.
Legal clarification: we may withhold the refund until we have received the Product, or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Product, whichever occurs first.
Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- The supply of goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- The supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Your guarantees independent of the right of withdrawal
Beyond the right of withdrawal, you always benefit from the following legal guarantees, regardless of the 14-day period:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) — Art. L217-3 to L217-32 of the Consumer Code
- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery) — Art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code
