The average delivery times are as follows:

Delivery costs within mainland France are included in the displayed price, regardless of the order amount.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately , depending on stock availability and our suppliers' shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your packages will arrive shortly.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase; after that, your order will have already been processed and the shipping process initiated.

You will therefore need to wait until you receive your package before you can return it to us. Once this is done, we will be able to process your refund.

No return shipping fees are charged to the Customer.

You can request a return by writing to us at contact@bag-haven.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then send you the return instructions and address. Return shipping is free.
